Krista Montalvo shares her morning goodness with this cherry almond smoothie recipe. This is her new favorite smoothie recipe, and now you can make it yours! She says she just can't get enough of this different flavor combination. Krista is typically more of a meal-for-breakfast kind of person, but the addition of cauliflower rice adds a little chew and bulk to this smoothie. The added fiber gives it more lasting power than other traditional smoothie recipes. You can even throw in some spinach or tofu to the mix if you’d like. Get creative and make it your own!

Ingredients
1/2 cup dark sweet cherries, pitted
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 cup plant-based milk (try Original soymilk or Creamy Oatmilk)
1 Tablespoon almond butter (sub any nutbutter)
1 scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder
Ice - if you like it frosty
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender or Nutri-bullet, and puree until smooth. Make it sexy and serve it in a fancy glass :)
